TRIHYDRO ACQUIRES ALLOY GROUP’S ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING DIVISION
Laramie, WY – Trihydro Corporation (Trihydro), a leading provider of engineering and environmental services, has announced the acquisition of Alloy Group's Engineering and Consulting (Division). This strategic move expands Trihydro's capabilities in the mining sector, particularly in crucial areas like remediation, water treatment, process engineering, mine infrastructure, water resources, and hydrology. The acquisition also strengthens Trihydro's presence in key regions such as Montana, Colorado, Arizona,
and Nevada.
The Division's expertise in engineering and environmental consulting for mining projects complements Trihydro's existing offerings. The combined company will offer a wider range of environmental compliance services for the mining industry, including investigation, remediation, and monitoring. The acquisition also brings over 50 experienced employees to Trihydro, further expanding the company's reach and expertise.
